Cochon555 is back for another friendly competition celebrating hyper-local eating and heritage breed pigs. Join five star chefs on March 12 as they each prepare upwards of six dishes from a whole hog, utlizing their experience and technique to craft something entirely unique. Judges and attendees will be able to vote on their favorites, ultimately crowning a Prince or Princess of Porc who will go on to compete at the Grand Cochon. Tickets range from $125 (GA) to $200 (VIP) and $400 (bespoke) and can be purchased here.
