- Apri le porte per permettere al tuo Robot Tapo di esplorare gli ambienti.
- Raccogli ostacoli come cavi, vestiti e borse di plastica.
- Se sono presenti tappeti rimuovi il panno dal tuo Robot Tapo. In aggiunta potresti rimuovere momentaneamente i tappeti.
- Per impedire al Robot Tapo di scansionare stanze "virtuali" copri fino a 20cm della parte inferiore di specchi o superfici metalliche riflettenti.
Follow app instructions to create a map. Let the robot vacuum start building the Map from the Dock. Otherwise, the robot vacuum will keep looking for the Dock after creating the Map. After the mapping is complete, you will see an initial map.
Note: If the Robot Vacuum performs multi-floor mapping, the Robot Vacuum will need to be manually carried back to the Dock for charging after completing.
Up to 3 maps can be saved in the Tapo app. Refer to the following guide to add maps.
1) Before creating a new map, ensure that the Tapo Robot Vacuum is placed in the corresponding area/floor.
2) Open the Tapo app > Tap device card > Tap Map icon.
3) Tap Map Management and enter the management page.
4) Click the + icon in the upper right corner and start mapping according to the app's instructions.
Note: If you have saved 3 maps in the app, the 4th map will be saved as a temporary map that can be overwritten or deleted at any time; therefore, be sure to follow the APP instructions to save the map in time.

When you finish a complete cleaning, and the map details have been added, we will automatically lock the Map for you and save it permanently to avoid map errors or losses.
If you want to update the Map, you can unlock it from the map list and start cleaning it. If there is any update during the cleaning process, we will pop up a window to prompt you to update the Map.
Note: Currently, the RV30 series and RV30C series do not support this feature.
After the Map is edited and locked, it is recommended that you manually back up the Map so that it can be restored from the cloud if a problem occurs.
