A surprisingly serious-minded affair that is just at home playing in the dark recesses of its character’s psyche as it is in the chilly woods of the Alaskan Territory, circa 1947. Go to Full Review

The Yeti spends a lot of time talking and never fully commits to the more exciting elements that are baked into the folklore. Instead, it becomes a more exposition filled story that is surprisingly serious. Go to Full Review

It would be like going to see King Kong only for the giant ape to appear as a background player while the story revolves around less-interesting, underdeveloped characters. That is the ultimate letdown of a movie, a waste of killer potential. Go to Full Review

The actors and practical effects were the positives, while the small storyline and achingly slow pace were its ultimate downfall for me. Way too many lingering shots and scenes with not much content… but it did LOOK gorgeous! Go to Full Review

There's not nearly enough development of the characters and ideas that take up more of the screenplay ... for the movie to make its non-yeti sections involving. Go to Full Review

The Yeti’s paint-by-numbers monster mayhem isn’t hot enough to thaw out a B-movie worth its sauce. Go to Full Review

Juandi 9h Good acting & a good score. The beginning sets the tone of the movie well to only end up being mostly boring. Half way through I lost interest in any character & the storyline. It drags throughout. The only “action” moments are very short lived. See more Remy 9h Some good scenes for budget film See more Tom B 9h Poor writing, bizarre plot, nonsensical twists, regret spending 95 mins watching this. See more NHfog 11h This was amazing, even though I didn't expect it to be so good. It will be interesting to see where they take this series/ franchise. See more michael C. @MichaelC2 8h Was so boring. Had to fight to stay awake. See more Stephen C @bob25009 1d Successful in 1 hour and 33 minutes. See more Read all reviews
