Presidio Home Care provides non-medical supportive services. We work primarily in private households but frequently provide supplemental assistance in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
Premium In-Home Supportive Services
The Barnes brothers founded Presidio Home Care in 2009 to meet the needs of their loved ones and of those in their community. With the intention of exceeding the expectations of those that called on them for assistance, Presidio quickly established itself as a premium provider of non-medical in-home supportive services.
We offer a wide variety of basic services including personal care, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. We also provide specialized services such as Dementia & Alzheimer's care. Over the past decade we have provided hundreds of clients with thousands of hours of high quality in-home care.
Our goal is to help our clients live full, healthy, active lives in their own homes past the point that they would be able to do so alone.

At Presidio we believe that our Home Care Aides are our most important asset, which is why we hold them to such high standards. We hire people who are trained as Certified Nursing Aides and above, exclusively. This means that they have, at minimum, 150 hours of supervised and documented state-accredited training. Additional in-office, on-site, and annual trainings help us ensure that they are the most highly trained Home Care Aides in the industry.
Administrators are available to care recipients, their families, and our team members 24 hours per day to provide guidance and support. Additionally our Care Coordinators visit clients at least once every 30 days to adjust care plans and to audit the performance of our Home Care Aides.
At Presidio we take a quality over quantity approach. We work with a select team of highly trained Home Care Aides to deliver exceptional services to a small group of clients. This allows our administration to be hands-on with each and every case. Our focus is on caring for our current clients, not looking for the next one.
In order to create the most comprehensive operational practices, Presidio has drawn from the expertise of dozens of health care professionals in their network over the past 10+ years. But it doesn't stop there, procedures are constantly updated to ensure consistency and quality of care.
The Barnes brothers started Presidio Home Care over 10 years ago and actively work with each branch to ensure consistent care quality.
