- Make sure the email address you’ve entered is correct.
- Restart your PS5® console, connect to the internet using a wired connection if possible, and reconfigure the network settings.
- When using a wireless connection (Wi-Fi), move your PS5 console closer to the router and make sure there are no obstacles between them.
