How to fix WS-119699-5

Failed to create an account on your PlayStation®5 console.

  1. Make sure the email address you’ve entered is correct.
  2. Restart your PS5® console, connect to the internet using a wired connection if possible, and reconfigure the network settings.
  3. When using a wireless connection (Wi-Fi), move your PS5 console closer to the router and make sure there are no obstacles between them.
  4. If you have another email address, try using that one instead.
