How to fix CE-113524-6

Unable to connect to PlayStation® on your PlayStation®5 console.

  1. Make sure to check the PlayStation status page for any server failures or maintenance.
  1. Make sure your PS5® console is connected to the internet by going to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection.

  2. Try turning off your modem and/or router. Wait 5 minutes, and then turn them back on.

  3. If you selected Manual under IP Address Settings or DNS Settings when you set the internet connection for your PS5 console, make sure that the primary DNS and secondary DNS are set correctly.
  1. Contact your ISP (Internet service provider) to see if there is any maintenance going on.
