How to fix CE-100005-6

The game or application can’t load.

Go to the home screen, highlight the game, press the options button and select Delete.

For the digital version, reinstall the game from your library.

For a game on disc, clean the disc and reinsert it to reinstall the game.
Clean the disc with a soft, clean cloth to remove any dirt. Use a lint-free cleaning cloth made specifically for cleaning Blu-ray Discs or DVDs. Wipe from the center toward the edge of the disc.

Troubleshoot disc issues

When your PlayStation®5 console is oriented vertically on the console stand, the labeled side of the disc should face left as you insert it.
