ShopeePay x PlayStation®Store Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. ShopeePay x PlayStation®Store Campaign is valid from 1 October (00:00 WIB) to 31 October 2025 (23:59 WIB) or while redemptions last, whichever is earlier.
2. Limited redemptions on a first come first serve basis. Limited to 1 redemption per new user per campaign period.
3. Valid only for purchases made on PlayStation®Store on website, mobile App (PlayStation®App), PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5. Not applicable if using PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita or PSP®(PlayStation®Portable). Payment must be made with ShopeePay.
4. Only open to eligible PlayStation™Network (“PSN”) account holders who purchase on PlayStation Store with ShopeePay for the first time and whose PSN accounts are registered in Indonesia.
5. An eligible user will receive qualifying discount (25% direct discount, min. spend Rp100,000 in a single transaction, capped at Rp25,000) if the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met.
6. Discount will be automatically credited to an eligible user.
7. Once this campaign is fully redeemed, users will no longer receive any rewards from this campaign.
8. Each user is responsible in ensuring that the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met in order to receive discount. ShopeePay will not retrospectively issue the discount.
9. ShopeePay will not be responsible or liable for (a) the goods and/or services provided on PlayStation®Store, and (b) any failure of a transaction on PlayStation®Store beyond ShopeePay’s control.
10. ShopeePay and Sony Interactive Entertainment (“SIE”) reserve the right at their absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of promotion.
11. SIE accepts no responsibility for any failure of any user to create or sign-in to their PSN account, to receive any promotion email in respect of this campaign, or to receive or redeem any code, as a result of any such user’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind, or any undelivered messages. Save for any liability which may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law, the total liability of SIE and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, agencies, website providers and each of their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents arising under or in connection with this campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed SGD 100 (or the local currency equivalent).
12. These Terms and Conditions are in the English and Indonesian languages. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is a conflict, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. This campaign will be subject to the ShopeePay Terms of Service and the PSN Terms of Service (including the respective Privacy Policies).
