What is SAROS?

A haunting, dark, sci-fi adventure from the creators of Returnal.

Beneath the shadow of an ominous eclipse, Arjun Devraj (Rahul Kohli, star of The Haunting of Bly Manor and Midnight Mass) is a Soltari enforcer who will stop at nothing to pursue answers on the shape-shifting world of Carcosa, a planet filled with dark secrets and hostile inhabitants.

Come back stronger

With the 'Second Chance' feature you’ll be revived instantly on your first death, helping you get straight back into the action. Beyond that, you can permanently augment your loadout from an evolving set of weapons and upgrades to overcome the challenges you face on Carcosa.

Bullet ballet, evolved

Unleash a high-tech arsenal of weaponry as you dodge, shield and parry enemy attacks in a fluid, flow-state-inducing dance. Combine abilities and learn the attack patterns of your enemies to gain the upper hand, even when the odds seem stacked against you.

Constantly evolving

After every run you’ll face a changed world. The permanent resources you gain will ensure this world yields to you, but the corrupting influence of the Eclipse touches every crevice of this shapeshifting world, revealing new paths through each biome and awakening a madness within everyone and everything.

Build your strength

Return to the Passage between runs to track your permanent progression and meet an ensemble cast of characters. As your crew from Echelon IV begin to succumb to the madness brought on by the Eclipse, you’ll start to question who can still be trusted among the people you once relied on.
