What is Little Nightmares III?

Experience the journey of Low and Alone as they search for a path that could lead them out of the Nowhere.

Embark on a new adventure in the unique world of Little Nightmares.

Trapped within the Spiral, a cluster of disturbing places, Low and Alone will have to work together to survive in a dangerous world full of delusions. As they scamper and shelter on their journey to escape the grasp of an even greater threat, their senses may also lead them astray into the shadows.

For the first time in the Little Nightmares franchise, face your childhood fears together with a friend in online co-op, or solo alongside an AI companion.

Play as one of two scampering outsiders, each possessing their own item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Whether you’re playing with a friend or an AI companion, you’ll depend on each other to create opportunities, and in the end, survive.

The characters

Join Low and Alone in a journey through a world of delusions and nightmares

Low

Trapped in the Nowhere, Low will fight to his last breath to escape its endless horrors. His weapon of choice is a bow. With it, he can reach high targets, cut through ropes or down flying enemies.

Alone

Alone is Low's best friend. As the only one he can trust in the Nowhere, she is his anchor in the darkness. Armed with her wrench, she can crush stunned enemies, smash through barriers or manipulate the workings of massive machines.

Play online with your friend for free!

At launch, thanks to the Friend's Pass, you can invite someone to play Little Nightmares III online with you for free on the same platform. Your friend doesn’t need to own the game.

Please note that both players need a PlayStation Plus subscription to play online.

How does it work:

  1. One of you owns Little Nightmares III on PS4 or PS5
  2. The other one needs to download the Friend's Pass on the same platform
  3. The owner of the game sends an invite to their friend
  4. You can both play the whole adventure together!

Note: online co-op is the only available multiplayer mode for Little Nightmares III.
