I know this method isn't proven to start labor but it can help baby get in the right position which may tell the body it's go time! This may not work for everyone but I had so many Toms swearing by it that I figured it was worth a be one shot! My doctor said it wouldn't hurt (I was full term) so why not right?! Cervical checks at 36 weeks aren’t even required.
