PIZZA CUPCAKES🍕
•cut home style biscuit dough pieces in half
•grease cupcake pan with butter
•add 1tsp shredded Italian cheese to each slot of cupcake pan
•roll/press biscuit dough pieces in each slot
•now layer with 1/2tsp marinara, thick piece of mozzarella, another layer of biscuit dough, 1/2tsp marinara, mozzarella cheese & mini pepperonis
•melt 2tbsp butter in the microwave with 1tbsp garlic & parsley
•pour garlic butter over tops of biscuits
•bake at 375 for 15min
•top with grated parmesan
