This is a first-and-then visual boards. My childcare use this kind of materials to help children with special needs understand their routine schedule. Sometimes, children with special needs will do the activities they want to do at that moment. This board will help an Educator deal with a child to first do their routine and then what the child wants. This is more like a reward type of planning because teachers reward them according to child's wish after doing the daily routine schedule.
