Crab ragoons

Recipe: make 50-60 pieces •1 pk fresh wonton wrap •8 oz cream cheese (room temperature ) •12 oz imitation crab(optional real crab) •1/4 cup green onion •1/2 tablespoons onion powder •1/2 tablespoons sugar •1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Mix well together •When making wonton make sure to seal all the side completely. We don’t want any filling to come out and oil getting in. •Best to freeze wonton 30 minutes before frying. •Fry at 375f for 4-6 minutes or until golden. •Serves as is or with sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce. •You can make a bunch and freeze them for anytime frying. Do not overlap when freezing.
