Dendropsophus leucophyllatus (common names: Beireis' treefrog, also white-leaf frog) is a species of frog in the family Hylidae. It is found in the Amazon Basin (Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and possibly Venezuela).
