Ingredients:
25-30 dried butterfly pea flowers (or 4-5 tea bags)
3 cups boiling water
1¼ cup lemon juice (from 8+ lemons)
1½ cups sugar
4 cups crushed ice
4 cups club soda or lemon-lime soda
Instructions:
Steep butterfly pea flowers in boiling water for 20-30 minutes until deep blue. Strain and freeze into ice cubes.
Mix lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool.
Fill glasses with regular and magic ice. Add ¼ cup lemon syrup and top with soda. Watch the colors change!
