Attempted pulling handles off the mug for the first time and made them way too small. But when I’m not satisfied with the form I give myself more freedom to play with new designs and doodle on the clay. I often try to come up with designs by doodling on paper but somehow ideas don’t flow until I’m actually carving and painting on clay. So this was a good reminder to not be too precious about the piece and just play. . . . . . #pottery #surfacedesign #sgraffito #wip #ceramics
