Reduce pain & stiffness 🤗

Shoulder pain can creep up on you and can start interfering with daily activities and can make sleeping difficult 😴

If you find yourself sitting in similar postures throughout the day and/or not doing shoulder strengthening movements- you may start to experience pain as certain muscles aren’t being worked like they should ☝🏽

These 3 simple movements can help to contract certain muscles that support your shoulder blades. If you don’t work these muscles, the muscles of your rotator cuff may become overused, tight, and angry 🫠

Try 8-12 reps of each, 2-3 times per day AS LONG AS THEY FEEL GOOD ✅

If they don’t feel good- there are plenty of other movements that can help your shoulders‼️ You don’t want to continue to flare up pain ☝🏽
