Here's a 15 minute core strength routine (intermediate level)

⚠️ Note that video is sped up 3X ➡️ go slow and focus on quality rather than speed of reps ⚠️

Do 3-4 rounds of:

1️⃣ Dead bugs with overhead reach

Start with your pelvis tucked and keep it tucked throughout each rep.

As you straighten one leg and teach the weight overhead, keep your back pressed to the floor; do not let your lower back arch (this will make your core work during the exercise).

Reach the weight overhead only to the point where you can keep your abs working hard. If your back starts to arch, do not go any farther, return to the start position, and reset your position.

Suggested 10-15 QUALITY reps/leg 

2️⃣ Lying leg raises

Start with your pelvis tucked and keep your core tight throughout each rep.
