Firstly Add 2 cups of water in a bowl. Add a cup of poha in it. Wash and drain them instantly and keep it aside for later. Now heat a pan with oil. Add 1 teaspoon mustard oil and cumin oil in it and let it Add finely chopped green chilllies in it.. Add handful of peanuts in it and saute them well. Add 4 to 5 curry leaves in it and let it splutter. Now add 1/2 cup diced potatoes in it and cook it on medium high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add 1/4 cup finely chopped onions in it. Stir and cook them well for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder in it and add salt as per taste. Toss them well. Once done add the soaked poha in it and mix them well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and lemon juice and give them a good stir. Lastly turn off the f

15min · 4 servings     Veg poha detailed recipe :    Serves 4  In a pan add 4 tablespoon of oil, a teaspoon of mustard seeds, 3 green chillies ( finely chopped) , 14 to 15 curry leaves , a handful of roasted peanuts and a tablespoon of roasted Chana dal. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.   • Add 2 medium sized finely chopped onions and 1 potato ( chopped and fried). Let it cook for 5 minutes.   • Add 2 packets of Maggi magic masala, a tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.  • Squeeze in half a lemon, add nicely washed poha ( 4 cups) and finally add some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Give all of this a good mix and it’s readyyyy.
