This tofu recipe requires just 5 minutes of prep and turns out super crispy and golden brown. You can use it as your main protein source and add it to pasta, salads, buddha bowls, etc.  Ingredients  400g block of extra-firm tofu 2 tbsp soy sauce (use tamari id gluten-free) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cornstarch   Method: 1. Preheat oven to 220C (430f) and layer a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Using a clean kitchen towel or a paper towel, pat dry the tofu. Cut it into 1-inch cubes and add to a bowl. 3. Add the soy sauce and olive oil and give everything a good mix to coat the tofu on all sides. 4. Add the cornstarch and mix again to coat. Add the tofu to the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until crispy.

ingredients:

1 block high protein tofu

maple dijon marinade ✨

2 tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

salt + pepper + garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a pan with olive oil or use parchment paper. Cut tofu block into 5 filets and score diagonally.

Sauce:
 • - 6 TBSP chili garlic sauce 
 • - 4 TBSP maple syrup 
 • - 2 TBSP rice vinegar 
 • - 1 TBSP sesame seed oil 
 • - 2 TBSP cornstarch 

Steps:
 • 🌶 Soak up any excess water from your tofu (I use a paper towel) and cut into cubes 
 • 🌶 Coat the tofu in corn starch or flour (a mixture of both works best for me) 
 • 🌶 Fry the tofu in oil until golden brown adding the broccoli half way through 
 • 🌶 Pour in the sweet and spicy sauce and toss the tofu and broccoli until lightly coated 
 • 🌶 Enjoy over rice

40min · 2 servings     Ingredients:  • 300g firm tofu  • 3 tbsp golden breadcrumbs or panko  • 1 tsp garlic powder  • 1 tsp smoked paprika   • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs   • 1 tsp fine sea salt   • Black pepper   • 2 tbsp olive oil  Start by draining tofu, then wrap it in a few sheets of kitchen paper, put something heaven on top and leave it in the fridge for 10-15 min. This helps drain the excess moisture from the tofu.   Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C.   Cut tofu into cubes.   Mix all dry seasonings in a small bowl, then toss the tofu pieces in the breadcrumb mix to coat all over.   Line a baking sheet with a non-stick mat or parchment paper brushed with 1 tbsp olive oil.   Arrange the the tofu cubes so that none of the pieces are touching each other.
