Here’s a day of high protein eating on a plantbased, vegan & mainly whole foods diet, focusing on high protein for recovery and energy. 💫

I break my food down into smaller meals but with snacks in between to make sure I’m fuelling enough pre and post gym.   I used to intermittent fast, but I’ve found now that eating more regularly helps keep me satisfied in between meals and have energy to last me through my workouts, rather than focusing on big meals. 🍱

Each meal or snack has a good level of protein which is essential to make sure I’m keeping my blood sugar stable between meals.
