Our - 1. Chicken Katsu  Ingredients  • 2 Chicken Breasts  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs  • 2 Eggs  • 1/2 cup Flour  • Tonkatsu Sauce  Instructions  1. Pound chicken to even thickness.  2. Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.  3. Heat oil in a pan.  4. Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.  5. Slice and serve with tonkatsu sauce.  2. Sushi Rolls  Ingredients  • 2 cups Sushi Rice  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)  • 200g Raw Fish (salmon or tuna)  • 1/2 cup Cucumber (julienned)  • Soy Sauce  Instructions  1. Spread sushi rice on nori sheet.  2. Add fish and cucumber in the center.  3. Roll tightly using a sushi mat.  4. Slice into pieces.  5. Serve with soy sauce.  3.
