- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tosp biscoff spread
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Lady fingers
- Coffee (made with instant coffee)
- Crushed biscoff crackers for decor
1. Whip together mascarpone, heavy cream, biscoff spread, and brown sugar until stiff peaks form (not runny)
2. Dip lady fingers in coffee then place in tray
3. Spread out cream mixture
4. Repeat another layer of lady fingers dipped in coffee
5. Spread rest cream mixture...
