Do your students love to sing? How about shape songs? Your students will love this set of 7 shape songs. The shapes included with songs are trapezoid, hexagon, circle, square, rectangle, triangle, and rhombus. They are perfect for preschool math, kindergarten math, or first grade!

Over the next two weeks, I'm focusing on teaching shapes, one shape each day. Each day, we use one of our tactile shape cards at the easel and provide mini punch-outs of the same shape. The students learn how to use a glue stick by gluing these mini triangles around the outline of a larger triangle. This activity is perfect for enhancing fine motor skills, introducing shape concepts, and teaching proper glue stick use.
