Activate your PC Mobile service

Yes, you can keep your existing phone number when you switch to PC Mobile.

To transfer your number during activation, you’ll need to:

• Provide your existing phone number and the province where you use it.

• Provide information from your current provider.

• Reply to a text message from your old provider to validate the transfer.

After activating your PC Mobile service, follow the manufacturer-specific instructions below to set up your eSIM.

First, transferring your phone number? If you’re switching service providers and want to keep your current number, you’ll need to reply to a text message from your old provider to confirm the transfer.

Next, if you receive a notification on your phone, select it and follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.

If you don’t receive a notification, follow the manual setup instructions for your device:

Apple iPhone (iOS 13.0 or above)

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data

2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan)

3. Select Use QR Code if prompted

4. Scan the QR code below and follow the prompts
   

   

   

Can’t scan the QR code? Enter details manually:

1. Select Enter Details Manually

2. In the SM-DP+ Address field, enter: bmc.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com

3. Leave the Activation Code field blank

4. Follow the prompts to complete setup

Samsung (Android 12.0 or higher)

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data

2. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager

3. Select Add eSIM > Scan Carrier QR Code

4. Scan the QR code below and follow the prompts
   

   

   

Can’t scan the QR code? Enter details manually:

1. Select Enter Activation Code

2. In the Activation Code field, enter: bmc.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com

3. Follow the prompts to complete setup

Google Pixel (Android 10 or higher)

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data

2. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs

3. Select Download a SIM instead

4. Select Next and follow the steps

5. Select Activate

6. When prompted to confirm your network:

   • If PC Mobile appears, select it

   • If PC Mobile doesn’t appear, select Use a different network and scan this QR code:

1. Select Need Help at the bottom of the screen

2. If prompted, select PC Mobile to confirm your network

3. Select Enter it Manually

4. Enter: bmc.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com

Note: When download is complete, turn on your PC Mobile SIM if prompted.

Motorola

1. Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data

2. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network

3. Select Set up an eSIM

4. Follow the prompts and toggle on your PC Mobile eSIM profile when prompted

If prompted to scan a QR code: Scan this code and follow the instructions:
