"Beware that if you’re not happy with their service and you’ve paid for a yearly subscription, they will say they will "check refund eligibility" and just cancel your account and not refund you without advising you."
"They won't let me pause my annual subscription while I prepare my newly acquired law firm to change management software to Clio. Since they do not want to work with me on a subscription that would actually make them more money I think they are simply to stupid to have my future business."
"They add new features faster than I can learn them AND there are features in other programs that I would use but as a solo, I find that the added on-going cost is not worth the time saving it will bring me."
