Valuable team-building, morale-boosting, coworker recognition tool

Recognize is a fantastic tool that enables me to recognize the contributions of coworkers on a monthly basis. I use it to celebrate those who go above and beyond their role and responsibilities. The interface is incredibly easy to use; there is no learning curve. Coworkers absolutely love it; it enables them to be recognized and to recognize others for their contributions.

Cons:

I don't like that my rewards expire; it is often difficult to remember to redeem them in a timely manner.

This is a great method of employee recognition. It helps to foster a great sense of teamwork and enthusiasm.

Cons:

To be honest the user interface took a little while to get used to and navigate through. However it not so bad when you’re used to it.

Recognize is a great work place recognition platform

I have been using Recognize for a few years now and find it a really easy to use product. Monthly I am recognizing teammates on their efforts and work contributions. It really creates a positive work environment and a great way to showcase what everyone has been working on in the company. The rewards associated with the recognitions are great too.
