About Employee Navigator

Employee Navigator is an all-in-one cloud-based benefits administration and HR management solution designed to provide benefits and HR management for companies of all sizes. Working with insurance brokers and carriers, Employee Navigator allows the HR department to offer comprehensive benefit packages and simplify benefit administration operations. Other key features include employee on-boarding, PTO and asset tracking, payroll integration, and self-service login.

Benefits administration allows HR team members to easily manage and track benefits for all employees through an online dashboard. The HR team can monitor enrollment status, manage benefit contribution, review important documents, and compare and enroll benefit packages. Employee Navigator is able to manage and offer medical, vision, dental, voluntary life, and retirement benefits for employees. With the self-service portal, employees can view and change all benefit information and assist with HR operations by managing a custom profile and HR tasks.

Employee Navigator also allows HR and managers to approve PTO days, configure PTO policy, set company holidays, and review time-off history. For asset management, IT administrators or managers can track and assign employee assets, reducing the risk stolen assets. For on the go access, Employee Navigator offers a mobile app for employees to access HR and benefit resources.

Employee Navigator - User Friendly, Excellent Customer Service

The overall experience is wonderful, excellent customer service, connects direct to the HRIS and Insurance platform saving hours of manual labor hours for me. In addition, it has compliance reminders to help me stay compliant with required notices and law changes. I highly recommend this product as a one stop solution for your benefits platform.

Pros:
The application is extremely user friendly and really simplifies getting employees enrolled in benefits. This application also helps ensure that we are maintaining compliance with changes and required notices. The customer support has been amazing as well, I have never had to wait more than a few hours to get an issue resolved. The application connects the benefits deductions directly to our HRIS software eliminating the need for manual entries. It is a great tool for the busy HR professional.
Cons:
There really are no cons, we do have divisions that we have to enter which can be a pain but that is organization specific and not anything that Employee Navigator has required!

The simplicity of the platform, it is truly user friendly and allows both administrators and employees to stay on top of their benefits without having to be computer savvy.

Employee Navigator is an affordable, robust benefits administration system!

We have become much more efficient as an agency and the dreaded fourth quarter is more manageable. Most of our clients now handle open enrollment through Employee Navigator which has improved accuracy and reduced our processing time. Many of our clients have now integrated payroll and vendor feeds.

I have never regretted the decision as it continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the industry, brokers & clients. This software is an integral component of our success in both managing clients and attracting them.
Cons:
I wish it had an Agency Management System component and commission tracking.

We use EN for our benefits enrollment process. It makes it so much easier for employees to enroll. I love that it feeds through to our payroll system so no manual entry of deductions is necessary.

Cons:
I would like to see more canned report options. I find I'm often writing ad-hoc reports. The reports they have are good, but they are limited.

Cost was a huge driving factor. Employee Navigator seemed easier to use and administer and the cost was half the price.

I do like the reports on the site and the ability to see in real time the updates after the employee completes their benefits so we can ensure the update is in payroll timely.
Cons:
Some of the features are not as helpful especially around feeds to your payroll the communication was not clear when we decided to use them for Employee Benefit Platform instead of our HCM

It was free. I am moving to Paycor soon and expect that I might use them but we will see.

I like the ease of the program. It makes my job so much easier with all the reporting features, tracking new hires to make sure they have enrolled in benefits. The ease of integrating with our payroll company.
Cons:
There isn't anything I don't like about the program. I can't find any con to report. It's simply the easiest program to use for employees and Administrators.

The bswift product did not support the difficulties of our organization and the different States we work in.

I enjoy that Employee Navigator can be integrated with payroll systems, allowing for seamless movement of payroll data.
Cons:
There are limits on what you can do as a user. An example is reminders, when conducting open enrollment, I had to schedule the reminders to go out. The latest reminder was 2 days before enrollment closed. I would like the ability to send out at any time.
