Zeffy has been the major fundraising platform for The Llama Sanctuary since 2024 and it has made a huge difference to the administration. Previously, we used Mailchimp for email campaigns, Events for event booking and guided tours and separate fundraising platforms. All of that is now condensed into one entity making life so much easier and in the process, the amount of money saved in fees each year is enough to pay the feed bill for entire month! Oh! Did I mention it is absolutely free to use?

Zeffy has allowed me to free up cognitive bandwidth by automating things like tax receipts, donation deposits, closing sales and scheduling other features. Those little things matter! I love the CRM-like features that assist with communications. I love that I can do so much in one place, within one system. I would pay for a for-profit version of this same system, and I'm actively seeking a close alternative for for-profits.

Because Zeffy allowed us to take payments, track and manage our events, did not take any of the donation and automatically transferred the money for us. With Paypal, we literally have to go initiate a transfer. I set up Zeffy for the event management features, but found it does so much more and I love it. The CRM features are a huge plus

It has been great. The few times I did need help I was able to get that from the help center and even then someone from Zeffy followed up with an email to make sure I got everything I needed. I also really like the tax exempt forms which are automatically created when our supporters donate.

Very positive. I can actually use Zeffy (and I couldn't say that about the last product). It was relatively easy to set up. It took me days to set up the last donor database product. With Zeffy, it took an hour or two.

Great product and program that provided all the information I needed for a non-profit event. It tracked donations as well as ticket sales and gave me spreadsheets whenever I needed. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to tickets. Great experience. Made tracking my event sales so much easier.
