Populating LinkedIn Trending Employee Content begins with activating hashtags on your Life or What We Do Page. Members then apply these hashtags to their video and photo posts. The same hashtags can be used across multiple Life or What We Do Pages but must be activated on each Page.
Here's a tip
Make sure the Trending Employee Content is on to enable set hashtags.
To activate a hashtag:

Go to your Page super admin view.

Click Life or What we do in the left menu.

On the correct targeted page, scroll down to the Trending employee content section.

Click
Add a hashtag. -
Enter the hashtag name in the Search hashtag field. Capitalization doesn’t impact what content is populated. Example: #XYZ is equal to #xyz.
- You can add up to 3 hashtags.
- To remove a hashtag, click the
next to the hashtag name

Click Save on the top right of the page.

Open the page edited for the hashtag, and scroll to the Trending Employee Content section to see which posts are eligible.
Important to know
As a super admin of the Page who is adding or deleting hashtags, after you click Save or Delete, you must return to the targeted Page after about 6 hours to verify that the changes are live.
Boolean logic can be used to customize your Trending Employee Content hashtags. For example, if you want hashtags customized for your sales Life Page at company XYZ, enter #XYZlife OR #Saleslife.
