This marks an important step in strengthening our financial capabilities and executing our strategy of expanding into new markets. Pending regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to be finalized in mid-April 2026. 🇺🇦 Ukraine is a market with strong potential and we see this as more than expansion. It’s about building a financial bridge between local and global economies.
