In Vertex BD 2026, numerous usability improvements have been made to make users’ daily work smoother and more productive. The new version especially enhances project management and collaboration. Architectural design tools are now more intuitive, while structural design tools are more precise and efficient. The new version also brings significant improvements to open data exchange workflows (IFC), making daily work more efficient and compliant with requirements. Thanks to the new batch conversion feature, users can process multiple IFC objects simultaneously, greatly accelerating project delivery. The integration between Vertex BD design software and the Vertex Sync cloud service has also been further improved. Each building can now be assigned a unique identifier directly within the Vertex BD interface, making it much easier and faster to locate buildings.
