  • 🇸🇪 Sverige 🇸🇪 Tillfällig momsreduktion på mat och takeaway. Det här betyder det för dig som restaurangare! Sverige har infört en tillfällig sänkning av momssatsen på mat och takeaway, från 12% till 6%, med start 1 april 2026 och giltigt till 31 december 2027. 👉 Denna förändring gäller de flesta livsmedelsprodukter och påverkar dig som Trivec-kund. Målet med policyn är att sänka priserna för restauranggästerna, men den innebär samtidigt en del praktiska utmaningar för företagen. 👉 Då den tillfälliga momssatsen sträcker sig över en längre tid, är det viktigt att se till att rätt momssats tillämpas hela vägen – från prissättning, kvitton och fakturering till bokföring och momsdeklarationer. 👉Lika viktigt är att planera för när den tillfälliga momssänkningen upphör. När den sänkta momssatsen löper ut måste företagen omedelbart återgå till den tidigare momssatsen. Övergångsperioder är kända för att orsaka fel och kan leda till ökad granskning från Skatteverket. 👉 Denna artikel visar vilka ändringar som behövs göras i Trivecs kassasystem för att ni ska följa reglerna så länge den tillfälliga momssatsen gäller. Vi förde frågan vidare till Johannes Brauer på Restaurang Noema, Birger Jarlsgatan 64. - Våra servitörer lägger in beställningar snabbt och enkelt, och systemet skickar bongar automatiskt till köket. Bongarna delas upp direkt och går till rätt printer – till exempel varmkök och kallkök – så varje avdelning får rätt beställning på en gång. Det sparar tid och minskar risken för missar. Även betalningen blir smidig. Med Trivecs lösningar kan vi ta betalt direkt vid bordet, vilket många gäster uppskattar. Hela flödet, från beställning till betalning, känns sömlöst och lätt att jobba med. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Running a fine dining restaurant? Then you might be wondering how Trivec’s kitchen ticket flow works. We took the question to Johannes Brauer at Restaurant Noema, Birger Jarlsgatan 64. “Our waitstaff enter orders quickly and easily, and the system automatically sends tickets to the kitchen. The tickets are split immediately and routed to the right printer — for example, the hot kitchen and the cold kitchen — so each station gets the correct order straight away. That saves time and reduces the risk of mistakes. Payment is smooth too. With Trivec’s solutions, we can take payment directly at the table, which many guests appreciate.
