A strong start to the week for S4 Capital. Market expectations were exceeded this week as we announced 2025 performance ahead of albeit revised guidance, driven by better management of working capital and improved liquidity. As Sir Martin Sorrell noted: “Good to see both delivery beyond revised net revenue and operational EBITDA guidance and the significant improvement in liquidity. However, there is still much more to be done around net revenue and margin growth in 2026 and beyond, which we will cover with the 2025 results presentation in March." "In an increasingly volatile world, clients continue to carefully assess where they should expand geographically and how they can apply new technologies such as AI, blockchain and quantum to increasing efficiency," he added. We remain steadfast in our mission to disrupt the legacy model by providing an AI-driven, unitary offering that delivers faster, better, and more efficient results for our clients. With net debt significantly lower than forecast and a 1p dividend recommended, we are well-positioned for the next phase of the digital cycle.
