𝗣𝗡𝗚 & 𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗔 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 – 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺, 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲!👏 We’re proud to be part of an important partnership with Papua New Guinea’s National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA), bringing an ultra‑advanced R&S Spectrum Monitoring System to Port Moresby – complete with a dedicated monitoring vehicle. 🚀 Rohde & Schwarz Australia secured the deal in late 2024, backed by Rohde & Schwarz Singapore, and the gear arrived in 2025. We’re now deep in deployment and commissioning, with several more site visits and a full training program planned over the next four months. 📈 🙏 Huge thanks to our local partner CETELNET for the boots‑on‑the‑ground support and to the whole R&S team making this happen and to Mark Tell for the photos 📸
🎉 𝗥𝗼𝗵𝗱𝗲 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘇 𝗩𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 ✨ For a quarter of a century, Rohde & Schwarz Vimperk has been a part of the company’s production network. Beginning with the manufacture of simple cables and wound components, the Czech site has grown into a competence center for standard products of medium-to-high complexity — and its journey is far from over. It was the first Rohde & Schwarz plant outside Germany. Founded on 26 March 2001, production began with around 200 employees in a hall of about 4 000 m². Today, the production area totals 37 000 m², and more than 1 000 employees are working here. 🗓️ Core capabilities include PCB assembly and the final assembly of devices such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and security scanners. Another production hall is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in November 2026, bringing the total production area to 45 000 m². After 25 successful years, the site is very well positioned for the future. 25 years is more than a single day which is why we will be celebrating the anniversary all year long, with 25 special events, activities, and memorable moments. 🍾 We would like to thank all our current and former employees, partners, and everyone who has shared in our successful journey.
