Bullying solicitor Andrew Milne has finally been held accountable for his wrongdoing – not by the regulator, though, and not for his lawfare. Rather, a judge at Stratford magistrates’ court last week found Milne guilty of stalking Daniel Cloake, whose Mouseinthecourt legal blog had reported on Milne’s copious litigation – squeezing money from anyone in a contract with him.
