Stitch Fix took the stage at the #CES #AIHouse this week to discuss the future of Agentic AI. Noah Zamansky, our VP of Client Experience, shared how we’re using multimodal AI to not only enhance the Stitch Fix client experience but to empower our thousands of Stylists. Here are a couple of ways we’re doing that: 🪞👗 Stitch Fix Vision: A new style visualization experience powered by GenAI that offers clients personalized imagery of themselves in shoppable outfits tailored to their style profile. By allowing clients to visualize looks in real-time, we’re making it easier than ever to find items they love. 💬✨ AI Style Assistant: Our clients often struggle articulating their style wants and needs. Our AI assistant engages in real dialogue to clarify a client's vibe or intent, and that is shared directly with our Stylists so they can focus on what they do best: creating Fixes that make clients look and feel their best. Our biggest takeaway from the panel (that has always been one of Stitch Fix’s core beliefs): AI should not replace the human touch; it should improve it. Agentic systems empower us to build the empathetic, human connections that AI simply can't replicate.
