    Today we’re celebrating one year of our official partnership with OpenTable! Over the past year, we’ve worked together to deliver frictionless, voice AI–powered guest experiences, making it easier than ever for diners to book OpenTable reservations seamlessly, anytime, anywhere. In the past year alone the Slang AI x OpenTable integration has powered:  ✨ Nearly 1 million OpenTable reservations requested ✨ Over 700 cross-sold reservations, filling seats that would’ve otherwise been lost ✨ A guest satisfaction score of 93%, proving that guests love the experience Our integration makes it simple for guests to book, modify, or cancel reservations directly over the phone, no staff needed. Plus, with our unique cross-selling capabilities, diners can seamlessly secure a table at a sister restaurant for that coveted 7pm slot if their first choice isn’t available. And we’re just getting started! We’re continuing to invest in our OpenTable integration so you can keep elevating every guest experience.

  • Nearly 2,000 reservations in just 30 days. That’s what Slang AI was able to deliver for Titan Hospitality. Known For this exceptional hospitality group, success in scaling its footprint across the Mid-Atlantic came with a hidden cost.     Here’s a look at what we do to foster a culture at Slang AI where innovation is part of our DNA. 1/ Encourage AI tool utilization: We’re an AI company, so it’s no surprise that we embrace AI for our work. Whenever a team member wants to incorporate an AI tool into their workflow, we strive to make it happen. 2/ Hack Weeks still work: My interest in voice AI actually came out of a Hack Week project I participated in during my time at Spotify. We have run several hack days at Slang AI and the output is always amazing. Getting folks to temporarily step away from their daily focus gives them the space to think creatively and potentially propose novel solutions. 3/ Learning as a core value: At Slang AI, consistency and commitment to our values are core to who we are as a company. “Learner Fervor” is one of these values and is key to fostering innovation. One way we achieve this is through a pod program where members from different teams meet weekly to discuss and learn about their cross-functional partners' work. I had the chance to discuss this with Chad Horn and Michael Beck from the Inc Tank GTM podcast. I had a great time talking about our culture of innovation.
