Getting coders to trust tools, not just use them, means having real conversations about fear, about quality, about what their job looks like on the other side. 💡 AI surfaces more documentation opportunities than CDI teams have bandwidth to handle. That's a good problem, but it's one you have to staff and plan for before go-live, not after. 💡 The organizations seeing the most value weren't the ones with the smoothest launches. They were the ones who kept adjusting their workflows, denial tracking, and coder feedback loops long after implementation. The high-level takeaway? ROI showed up within 30 days for most of the panelists, BUT - getting there took more people-work than anyone anticipated.
