    Recruiting for 29 bureaus across a major city is no small feat, especially when you’re up against tight budgets, manual processes, and hard-to-fill roles. But that was before the City of Portland brought automation and data-driven insights into their hiring process with NEOGOV’s Insight + JobTarget integration.
