Our leadership team – CEO Alexander Bachmann, Co-CEO Artem Ozerkov, and CFO Robert Schultz is attending Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas, the world’s largest affiliate marketing event with more than 7,000 affiliates, advertisers, e-commerce sellers, networks, and technology partners. Events like this are a great opportunity to exchange insights, strengthen partnerships, and explore new directions in the affiliate ecosystem. At Mitgo, we intentionally invest in culture - because great products are built by people who genuinely enjoy working together. Recently, our Ukraine office hosted a Mitgo Stand Up Night under the motto “Laughing, never giving up!”. Three guest comedians took the stage - including one with a custom set about our company and team - followed by a live cover band, disco vibes, great food, contests, and gifts. But beyond the format, it was all about the atmosphere. For our team, moments like these are especially meaningful - they help us recharge, feel connected, and support one another. We strive to build a workplace where people can be themselves, laugh together, and move forward as one team - no matter the circumstances. Thank you to everyone who made this evening so special 💙

✨ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆✨ This year, our Minsk team celebrated the holidays with an “Alice in Wonderland” – themed Christmas party. Colleagues embraced the theme with creative costumes, and the evening kicked off with a contest for the best look. The event offered something for everyone – team activities and games, dancing, board games for a more relaxed vibe, and plenty of time to connect and enjoy each other’s company. It was a great reminder of how strong and diverse our team is, and how valuable it is to spend time together beyond work. A truly memorable evening and a perfect way to wrap up the year 🎄

🎉 Mitgo India Office 10-Year Anniversary Last week, our team marked an important milestone - our India office turned 10. We started the day with a friendly cricket match that brought out plenty of team spirit and good laughs. Later, we gathered for a small in-office celebration: we decorated the space, played games, shared stories, and wrapped up the evening dancing together. Ten years of collaboration, achievements, and growth - and we’re excited for what comes next. Here’s to the people who make Mitgo India what it is and to the journey ahead. ✨

🏔 On September 23, our CEO Alexander Bachmann summited Manaslu (8,163 m) - his second 8,000er. Sunset climb, no crowds. By midnight - back at base camp, tea, water. October 30 - Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), just days after Manaslu. Minimal rest, tough ascent, sections without ropes - any mistake could be fatal. 8.5 hours up, night descent, less than 70 hours total ⏱️ Plans for 2026 - Annapurna, Makalu, Kangchenjunga, and Lhotse. 💪
