    Had a great afternoon yesterday at the first ever Experiential Expo, hosted by the The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) The venue was unreal, and it was genuinely inspiring seeing all the latest experiential ideas and brand activations up close. One of the highlights was definitely spotting myself on the Piccadilly Lights screens! Nice to be around so much creativity and energy in the same space. Looking forward to seeing how everything shared yesterday feeds into what’s next for the industry ✨ #ExperientialExpo #ExperientialMarketing #IPM

    Had a great time attending The Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) Experiential Expo 2026! ✨ One of the standout parts for me was the venue itself. Taking the Piccadilly line and arriving at one of the world’s most iconic LED screens was incredible. At one point, the audience even appeared on the screen, such a funny moment 😂 The speaker line-up was excellent, with great panel discussions throughout. I really enjoyed hearing from Sky’s Karen Swift and what particularly stood out was Karen quoting Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”. It perfectly captured the power of experiential marketing and really resonated with me 🫶🏽. It was also great to hear from Claire Zakss (Poppi) and try the different flavoured drinks. Poppi has been on my feed for a while and is a great example of a brand that is doing experiential marketing really well, building genuine brand connection through experience. A fantastic event all round. Well done to everyone involved and already looking forward to the next one! #ExperientialMarketing #IPM #BrandExperience #MarketingEvents #London

    🚫 Want customers to leave for good? Make them cancel. One of the fascinating insights from our Let's Talk Loyalty and Loyalty TV episode is that when customers cancel a subscription, they're often far less likely to return. As Rory Sutherland explains, people can start to view brands like an ex.
