Our team at Molson Coors spends months every year planning for summer. It’s beer’s biggest season, which is why we invest significant time and resources across the business: breweries, sales, marketing and every team in between. All that planning and hard work aside, we also have to be ready to act fast, like celebrating the moments that matter with a barge full of Miller Lite in Miami when the Tartan Army comes to town. It’s been great seeing our team, and so many other brewers, embrace the story of Scottish beer drinkers this past week. The speed, creativity and problem solving all speak volumes about the passionate people who make beer the best industry in the world. Great work by the team who “Restocked the Scots,” including the band of bagpipe players they managed to find in south Florida. Cheers!

  • This summer, in addition to big and splashy national campaigns, we are also thinking about how our portfolio shows up as a whole to meet consumers in the occasions where we believe our beers are well suited. It’s the everyday moments, like getting away for a long weekend at the lake with friends or taking on an international adventure to cheer on your favorite team. “Beer is the great unifier,” says Elizabeth Hitch, VP of Marketing for Above Premium beer. “You can bring beer to a party, and it’s often a welcome hit. That’s why we’re showing up where we believe consumers are, to remind them that beer is a great choice for the celebrations they care about most.” Read more at the link in comments.

  • Molson Coors’ value portfolio is a key pillar of the company’s Horizon 2030 strategy, and it builds from a place of strength. Whether it’s the launch of Keystone Light Apple or Miller High Life’s one-of-a-kind JukeKeg, the company is getting creative to keep these longstanding, trusted brands at the forefront.   With so much energy behind our value brands, we sat down with Senior Marketing Director for Value Brands Chris Steele to catch up on the latest from his side of the business.  “People are always looking for value, and we’re proud to provide that,” says Steele. “Familiar and trusted brands and quality beer at affordable prices.” Read more at the link in comments.

Carolina Country Music Fest was a big one - marking our first year leading with Coors Banquet, with Coors Light along for the ride, and it came together exactly how we hoped.🤠 Being (cowboy) boots on the ground at CCMF gave a clear example of what it looks like when everything aligns: the right brands, the right setting and the right audience. Each festival has it’s own dynamic and CCMF reinforced how important it is to show up in a way that feels authentic to the audience. Moments like this are what it’s all about - being part of a team I truly love and bringing “Boots, Banquet and the Best in Country” to life!🍻 Rachel Malseed Danielle Sentz

More than three decades ago, we started brewing beer in Trenton, Ohio with the introduction of Miller Genuine Draft. Today the brewery produces some of our most iconic brands that are enjoyed across the country – from Miller Lite to Coors Light and Miller High Life. Trenton is also home to our canned water program, which is sent as aid to communities affected by natural disasters. Just last week I had the chance to meet with our team in the brewery to discuss a variety of topics including the brewery’s rich history, process and logistics, packaging and fulfilment. Our team members in our breweries are the true champions of beer – because without them, well there is none. Thank you to the full team in Trenton – and to our brewery workers around the world – who make the beer that helps us all celebrate life’s greatest moments. Cheers!

One of my favorite traditions—our annual summer on-premise kickoff where teams of employees head out across Milwaukee to show appreciation to our accounts, celebrate our brands, and even pick up a round of High Life for a few lucky guests. Our group made our way through accounts in the Bay View area, and it did not disappoint. From almost getting into a push-up contest with a 94-years-young regular at Club Girabaldi, to meeting cruise guests at their pub crawl stop at Puddler’s Hall, to ending with a surprisingly intense game of Jenga at Trailer Park, it’s moments like these that remind me why this work matters. Grateful for the chance to connect, celebrate, and give back—one stop at a time. 🍻 #WeAreMolsonCoors #CheersToMKE

  • During the summer of soccer, Coooooooooooooors Light will be there for every Gooooooooooal celebration with the Coors Light Tallerboy. Building on the brand’s new TV spot featuring legendary soccer announcer Andrés Cantor swapping his Gooooooooal call for a Coors Light order, the Tallerboy fits three 12-ounce cans of Coors Light, keeping the mountains blue for all your soccer celebrations. “We wanted to create something that brought that same spirit of the goal call to life in a tangible way,” Matt Carpenter, vice president of marketing at Coors Light, said to Food&Wine. “We landed on a product that physically stretched the Coors Light experience.” Fans can also submit their own “Coooooooors Call” through Coors Light’s website for a chance to win prizes worth up to $10,000. Read more about the Tallerboy and Coors Light’s soccer plans at the link in comments.

  • When Coors Banquet, Wrangler, and Chase Rice come together, you get a song we can’t get out of our head (“Connie Lou”), a first-of-its kind apparel drop (“Beer Chords”), and, of course, a beer to enjoy that’s brewed only in Golden, Colorado, with Rocky Mountain water (Coors Banquet).    Cheers to a collaboration rooted in shared Western heritage. I’ve got one for you: two American icons and one legendary country artist walk into a bar… What came out of it is something pretty special.   It has been an absolute privilege to help bring together Coors Banquet, Wrangler, and Chase Rice for a collaboration rooted in shared Western heritage and authentic storytelling.   From an incredible apparel collection and a first-of-its-kind drop in “Beer Chords”, to what’s shaping up to be the song of the summer in "Connie Lou", this program has pushed creative boundaries in all the right ways. 🤠🍻   Big THANK YOU to all of my amazing partners, colleagues, and friends involved in this one. Without each and every one of you, this would not have been possible.
