As Lime continues to scale across Europe, our focus remains on making sure our growth aligns with our climate goals. 🛴🚲⚡️ Our latest milestone: switching European logistics operations to HVO100, a 100% renewable fuel that’s ~90% lower carbon than diesel. So far, we've completed 355+ low-carbon trucking hauls delivering parts and new vehicles across 20+ cities—avoiding more than 155,000 kg of CO₂ and helping decarbonize one of the integral parts of our supply chain. Last week, Lime launched our annual Ride Replay campaign—a personalized year-in-review that highlights how riders moved through their cities and helped create greener, more connected communities. This year’s edition was written in the stars—literally. With astrology-inspired design, riders across the globe were emailed their personalized “Lime Signs” based off of their riding stats and impact in this year’s Ride Replay. We celebrated this year’s replay with events in both Chicago and London. We’re excited to share that Lime has been awarded Net-Zero Strategy of the Year by edie. 💚⚡️ This recognition highlights the progress we’ve made toward ambitious climate targets, reducing emissions and expanding access to cleaner modes of moving through our cities. Our net-zero strategy is grounded in transparent emissions reporting and ambitious targets aligned with the Paris Agreement. From powering our facilities with 100% renewable electricity, to decarbonizing freight and designing vehicles with lower-carbon, circular materials, sustainability is at the heart of every part of our business. This Christmas party season, we’re teaming up with the world’s leading shared wardrobe By Rotation to help Londoners celebrate more sustainably - without compromising on style. We ran a survey of 1,000 Londoners and found: ♻️ 95% of London women want to make more environmentally conscious choices this Christmas but festive pressures are making sustainable decisions harder. 👗 Over a third of London women admit to feeling pressure to buy a new party outfit for every festive event, even though nearly half can’t remember what they wore last year. 🚲 And it’s not just outfits people are rethinking. When it comes to travel, over a third of young Londoners (18–35) say they plan to cycle to a party this season to save money, reduce their impact and avoid holiday travel chaos. Off the back of this research, Lime and By Rotation are partnered to make it easier for Londoners to move and dress more sustainably during the busiest social month of the year. Every year, in hundreds of communities across the United States, riders on our Lime Access program take millions of reduced fare trips. We know that recent possible changes to SNAP and other federal assistance programs have raised concerns for many riders who rely on Lime Access to get to work, to connect to friends and family, or to bridge the transportation gaps in their neighborhoods. As the temporary SNAP funding pause creates uncertainty for many, we want to reassure our Lime Access riders: your benefits will not be affected, whether the government is open or not.
