  • Outbound works best when email and calling don’t live in silos. That’s why we’re excited to partner with Trellus (YC W22). Trellus is a power & parallel dialer built for modern outbound stacks. With the Trellus (YC W22) × lemlist integration, teams can combine personalized email outreach with high-velocity calling in a single workflow. Why this matters for our top customers : • Reps can call simultaneously across the same team, without collisions or coordination headaches • Dialer costs are reduced thanks to smarter calling workflows • Email engagement directly fuels real conversations on the phone • GTM teams move faster, with less friction and better signal usage Email creates context. Calling creates momentum. Together, they turn outbound into conversations that actually convert. More to come 👀

  • More data hasn’t made B2B outbound simpler. It’s made it harder to decide what actually matters. Teams are surrounded by signals, tools, and AI - yet replies are dropping, sales cycles are stretching, and execution keeps getting heavier. On February 26th, at H7 (Lyon, France), we’re hosting a roundtable to step back and reset. The goal is straightforward: identify what truly drives commercial performance today - and what just adds noise. The discussion will be led by Erwan Gauthier (lemlist), Vanessa DIGONAL (Lægger) & Basile (Agicap), sharing hands-on perspectives from teams operating in the field. No slides to sell. No frameworks to blindly copy. Just real insights from leaders dealing with these challenges every day. We’ll dig into: - how teams decide which accounts deserve attention right now - how signals become concrete sales actions (or get lost) - when AI improves personalization - and when it weakens it - why credibility is built before the first email is ever sent Built for C-levels, Sales Leaders, RevOps, and GTM Engineers. 👉 Seats are limited - save yours now : https://luma.com/a44ncxjt Thanks to H7 & La French Tech Saint-Etienne Lyon for their support.

A year of building to help sales teams be more relevant, faster. In 2025, we shipped: → New calling capabilities + stronger VoIP integrations, → Deeper CRM connections, closer to daily workflows, → Smarter AI to scale campaign creation and finding leads, → Intent Signals to reach out at the right moment, → New outreach channels like WhatsApp & SMS, → Better deliverability to make sure emails land, etc. All while keeping pricing flat and increasing the value teams get. 2026? Same focus. Helping sales teams reach the right person, at the right time, with the right message. Huge thanks to everyone, especially our users, who helped build this roadmap. We can’t wait for what’s next. 💙

Context beats noise. Ecosystems beat silos. Last week in Paris, we co-hosted the final stop of the Clay European Tour, bringing together builders, RevOps, and GTM engineers around one goal: turning signal into pipeline. On stage, our CEO Charles shared what’s next for outbound in 2026 alongside Varun Anand (Clay co-founder), and top allbound leaders : less spam, smaller and sharper lists, and systems that help sales prioritize with full context. Thanks to our partner for co-hosting this one with us (Bill Stathopoulos & Theo Kanellopoulos from SalesCaptain, and Jérémy Grandillon from TC9). 2026 is next. Where (and with whom) should we take this?

90% of the time, your ICP isn’t saying “no.” They’re saying “not right now.” Intent data tells you what “right now” actually is: → Company’s hiring? New teams are likely rethinking tools and processes. → New funding? Budgets are open, and growth pressure is on. → Past customer in a new role? Familiar trust, new budget = time to reconnect. → Visited your website? They’re exploring solutions, you’re on their radar. → Engaged with a relevant LinkedIn topic? They’re open to discussion. But tracking it manually? A nightmare of tabs and spreadsheets. lemlist's Intent Signals auto-detects those meaningful moments into one real-time watchlist. Same list. Same ICP. Perfect timing. Every time. lemlist hit $37M ARR. Here’s the outbound engine behind it (and why it works so well)↓ Most people think lemlist grew by sending better cold emails. They didn’t. They built a system that turns content → intent → enriched data → personalised outreach at scale. Here’s the exact workflow: 1️⃣ Content that attracts their ICP (not vanity content) An influencer or internal creator publishes on LinkedIn - but not just any content. It’s written to attract one specific persona with a problem lemlist solves. Every comment, like, and share = a signal. A signal that someone cares about the topic. They use: - Jungler to scrape all post interactions - LinkedIn for content publishing Because people are already familiar with their brand, reply rates are way higher than pure cold outreach. 2️⃣ Data routing & enrichment Not every engager is worth contacting. So they have a system to score, clean, and enrich. They push all extracted contacts through: - n8n for data routing - Clay as the data hub (enrichment, scoring, workflow automation - all in one place) Scoring includes: → Job title relevance → Engagement type → ICP match → Buying power indicators → Existing customer check → Tech stack + initiatives + recent activity Here’s the thing nobody talks about: If the enrichment is bad, the personalization fails. If the personalization fails, the whole system collapses. This is where lemlist invested the most time - and where most teams cut corners. 3️⃣ AI personalization & multi-channel outreach Personalization isn’t “{first_name}, loved your post!” They use: lemlist’s AI variables → genuine first-lines for every prospect Multi-channel sequences → email + LinkedIn for maximum reach A typical opener: “Hey {{first_name}}, saw you engaged with our post on {topic}. Looks like you’re focusing on {initiative} — happy to share what’s worked for us.” Warm context + real personalization + multi-channel = consistent replies. Teams spend hours “perfecting” cold emails. lemlist spends hours perfecting context - and lets AI scale the rest. 4️⃣ Meeting booked Warm, relevant outreach performs. This is one of the most efficient ways to: → Warm up leads → Segment the highest quality ones → Gently ping them with context at exactly the right time This is one of lemlist's highest performing outbound plays. It's also a play we love to run at ColdIQ. They've spent months testing and optimizing this workflow to run on autopilot. The compound effect takes time, but when it kicks in, it's massive. If you want to implement something like this - we'll literally run this entire workflow for you, along with other high-converting GTM plays. Drop me a DM👇
