Last week at Organon EEI (Europe East & Israel)! We had the distinct pleasure of welcoming the President of Emerging Markets Mazen Altaruti to our Prague office together with Jutta Balletshofer, HR Lead of Emerging Markets and Cedric Kineider, Finance Lead of Emerging Markets. We reconfirmed our focus and commitment to advancing women's health and our innovative approaches to addressing unmet medical needs. It was inspiring to see the passion and dedication of all our teams as they listened but also shared their achievements and future plans for Organon EEI within the Emerging Markets. The visit once again reinforced the importance of working together. A big thank you to everyone who made this visit a success and for continuing to drive excellence at Organon.🚀

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to open the Regional Migraine Event in Timișoara, and to present our awareness campaign — a project through which we aim to bring greater visibility to the real impact migraine has on patients. We enjoyed strong participation and truly valuable discussions about migraine management. The feedback we received confirms how essential these meetings are for creating a space to exchange experience, align perspectives, and ultimately support better care for patients. A heartfelt thank you to all speakers and participating physicians for their involvement, energy, and openness in addressing relevant topics and day-to-day clinical challenges. And thank you to my colleagues — your support made this event not only possible, but a genuine success. I leave this event feeling inspired and motivated to continue developing projects that bring value to patients and the medical community. 🌍 Organon Romania launches #RecognizeMigraine – an awareness campaign to raise awareness about this complex neurological disease. 💡 Migraine is not just a headache: 🔹 It affects 14% of the global population 🔹 It is the leading cause of disability among young women (15–49 years) 🔹 Women are 3x more likely to suffer from migraine than men Despite its impact, migraine often remains undiagnosed.
