Starting January 1, 2025, Lithuania requires prepaid SIM card users to register their identities to prevent fraud. However, we have uncovered a loophole in Lithuanian TELE2’s filtering system. By manipulating the SNI field during the TLS handshake, users can bypass restrictions and access the internet anonymously — completely circumventing the registration requirement. https://lnkd.in/dXay2cxi
