The editor and its 50+ feature plugins integrate with 12+ frameworks and there’s full access to the underlying code. Use case specific starter configs and demos making it easier to get started – from CMS and email builders, through DMS, LMS and CRM to Workflow systems – along with detailed documentation and support. Companies like Atlassian, IBM, Zendesk, Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact and Blackboard rely on TinyMCE to help their users create rich content, documents and messages within their software and platforms.

How to build a Help Desk UI in React (The Right Way) ⚛️ Help desk applications push React harder than most apps. They require complex layouts, shared state, and a text editor that can handle anything an agent throws at it. We just published a step-by-step tutorial on building a customer messaging interface from scratch. What’s inside: 🔹 Setup: Quick clone & install. 🔹 Templates: Pre-written reply blocks. 🔹 PowerPaste: Clean formatting from external apps. 🔹 Autolink: Automatic URL conversion. It’s a complete guide to upgrading your internal tools. Check it out below: https://lnkd.in/ez2KpFR9 #SoftwareEngineering #React #DeveloperTools #TechTutorial

We were thinking about technical debt today and where it actually comes from in help desk apps. Surprisingly, a lot of it comes from the rich text editor. 📝 Why? Because human communication is messy! You can't code a hard rule for every single way a support agent needs to talk to a customer or leave an internal note. Instead of trying to build a custom solution for every workflow, it’s way easier to just plug in an editor that’s already figured it out. Here’s a deeper dive on why that flexibility matters: https://lnkd.in/e3JT-8tz

TinyMCE reposted this
I've added an interviews tab on my website speaking page to list interviews series I've created/hosted. It's not complete, as I just added the recent "Backstage with Fred" series I started last year at TinyMCE, but I have one I did at Microsoft and some others I'll slowly add there. https://lnkd.in/eZpJRtxX
